This road map is a set of recommendations from the international Lillehammer Lifelong Learning ICDE Conference 2023. The goal is to achieve lifelong learning for lifelong employability, which requires targeted effort both in terms of policy making (government and transnational organisations), demand and supply (education sector and enterprises) and implementation (educators and learners). The conference was organised by Centre for lifelong learning at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences in partnership with International Council for Open and Distance Education - ICDE.
